Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the td222 online gaming platform ("Platform"), including all associated products, services, promotions, and features made available to users based in Bangladesh and other permitted territories. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

td222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the td222 Platform and close your account. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or permanent termination of your access.

Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on td222, you must meet the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. td222 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21. If we reasonably suspect an account holder is underage, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information during registration. Submitting false details — including name, date of birth, or contact information — is a breach of these Terms and may lead to immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the td222 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse of the Platform.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. td222 is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard these details.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using the td222 Platform is legal in your location before placing any wager.

td222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — such as a national identification card, passport, or utility bill — at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide such documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

td222 supports a range of fast and secure payment options tailored specifically for Bangladeshi players. Accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Currency conversion fees, bank charges, or mobile operator fees that arise from your payment provider are not the responsibility of td222. Players are advised to review their payment provider's fee schedule independently.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

td222 offers various welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the standard rollover for welcome bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash equivalents, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted in the relevant promotion's terms.
• td222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is found to have been abused — for example, through the use of multiple accounts, systematic bonus harvesting, or coordinated play — all associated bonuses may be voided and the relevant accounts suspended.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard bonus funds unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Winnings from free spins granted without a deposit may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount.

Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play Policy

td222 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate sanctions, including permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including deliberately placing losing bets to clean illicitly obtained funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt any element of the Platform's software infrastructure, game RNG systems, or security protocols.
• Registering accounts using false or stolen identities, or allowing a third party to access and operate your td222 account on your behalf without prior written consent from td222.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the td222 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface, written content, software code, and game assets provided by td222 directly — is the exclusive intellectual property of td222 and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform's proprietary content without prior written authorisation from td222. Unauthorised use of td222's intellectual property will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds from betting, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial loss arising from a technical failure, Platform downtime, or force majeure events beyond td222's control.

td222 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious components. We recommend that all players use up-to-date antivirus software, secure internet connections, and strong unique passwords to protect their accounts. In no event shall td222's total cumulative liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Amendments, Account Termination & Suspension

td222 may at its sole discretion amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email or a prominent notification on the Platform. Where a change is significant, td222 will provide a minimum of 7 days' notice before the new Terms take effect, except in cases where immediate amendment is required to address security threats, legal obligations, or regulatory changes.

td222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, suspected of fraudulent activity, or associated with prohibited conduct. Upon termination, any funds remaining in the account — after deducting bonuses and disputed amounts — will be returned to the player via the original payment method subject to successful KYC verification.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international online gaming law. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the final mechanism for resolution.
